FAQs

Wondering about how the building process works? We’ve got answers.

How does the process work? Is there a contract?

Yes, absolutely. We believe in full transparency. After you book a free consultation, we’ll talk through your goals and timeline.

Then, we’ll send over a detailed proposal based on the services you need. We’ll include the building plan/blueprint which our expert architects will design to suit your taste.

If it feels like the right fit, we’ll sign a contract, you’ll make a deposit, and we’ll get to work on building your home.

For construction projects, we typically require a 40% deposit. This allows us to reach a significant project milestone by the time your next payment is due.

Smart question. You’ve got to do your due diligence these days.

We’re not just a fancy logo or a WhatsApp number that disappears after the deposit.

Our business is officially registered with the The Registrar General’s Department in Ghana
(so, we’re traceable).

Our team is made up of seasoned, well-known professionals who are respected in their fields. We’re real people doing real work, and our reputation is everything.

You can see our past projects, read our client testimonials, and if you really want to make sure—we’re happy to hop on a call or meet in person.

You can either be hands-on throughout the construction process or sit back and relax. No matter your level of involvement, we’ll share progress reports in the form of pictures and videos.

We also hold meetings (where necessary) to discuss any new ideas or updates that could enhance the quality of your home.

We’ll show you a variety of building techniques, design styles, layouts, and finishing options so you can get a feel for what’s possible.

And if you’ve been collecting ideas or inspiration (Pinterest boards, YouTube videos, dream-house sketches on paper), bring them and let’s chat.

It depends on what you want and how you want it. After we discuss your dream home, we can prepare an estimate.

As a ballpark: to build a modest 3-bedroom home, the current market average is as follows based on construction technique:

Interlocking Brick Construction: $75K

Cement, Sand and Stone Construction: $60K

Burnt Brick Construction: $65K

If you’re going for premium finishings, custom design, or sustainable features (like solar or water systems), the cost would increase.

However, the best way to get an accurate idea of the cost is to share your vision with us, and we’ll create a tailored estimate.

Timeline really depends on the scope of work and the availability of funds for construction.

For example: a 3-bedroom sustainable home with solar panels, a mechanized borehole, and septic system may take 4–6 months to complete.

Once we know what you want, we’ll give you a realistic timeline based on the design, materials, and build process.

We offer land acquisition services, as well. Once you identify the type of area you’d love to be in, we’ll request a service deposit to help secure your perfect plot(s) or acres.
